Due to the successful introduction of Boat & Docks streamlined payment system - members will continue to be invoiced directly via your registered email, with no need to fill out forms or going online to pay.  If you have a boat and/or boat service, you will receive an invoice in the coming weeks, as long as you have renewed your membership beforehand.

Annual Membership is offered at the discounted rate of $265 per year for all dues received on or before the last day of February. The rate increases on March 1st and is assessed at the full rate of $275. Senior Membership is offered to all members aged 62 years or older, during the early renewal period at the discounted rate of $255 per year for all dues received on or before the last day of February. The rate increases on March 1st and is assessed at the full rate of $275.



       


GROWING OUR COMMUNITY
At CCAPOA we love to see members enjoying all we have to offer.  We also know that there are residents who are not aware of the benefits that come with membership, so this year we are aiming to increase our membership, while offering more value to our current members. We are planning more entertainment events, more family friendly social activities and more community outreach.
